Mrs. Olabisi Cornelia Adesanya holds a PhD. degree in Accounting & Finance, M.Sc. in Accounting & Finance and Bachelor of Social Sciences General (Accounting Option) from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. Prior to joining XL, she has worked in various capacities in Accounting, Finance, Business Services, Finance and Operations capacities with Sierra Leone Red Cross Society, Lawyer’s Centre for Legal Assistance and Fourah Bay College (University of Sierra Leone). She is currently the managing Director of XL Management Services (SL) Ltd a subsidiary of XL Africa Group where she provides general oversight for the implementation of the vision of the company and offers leadership to both clients and employees to ensure they derive value and superlative customer experience in their patronage of the services of XL Management Services (SL) Limited.

Mrs. Josephine Kanu holds B.Sc. Financial Services from Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone. She is in charge of the Head Office Finance and Administration. She combines these functions with Payroll Management for Outsourced Staff in all clients’ locations nationwide.

Miss Massah Kebbie holds B.Sc. Economics from Njala University. She is in charge of HR Outsourcing, Employee Welfare, Performance Management and Clients Service. Prior to joining XL; she has worked as Branch Manager at Brac SL with over 4 years’ experience.

Mr. Birch Conteh holds HND Business Administration from Milton Margai College of Education & Technology. He is charge of HR Outsourcing, Employee Welfare, Performance Management and Clients Service. He has over 8 years’ experience working in the HR Outsourcing Unit.
