Charles Nwodo Jnr is the founder and Group Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of the Group. He has a background in engineering and stock broking as well as Investment and Commercial Banking. He is an Alumnus of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, the University of Lagos and the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts respectively from where Mr Nwodo graduated with first and second degrees in Civil Engineering and Masters in Business Administration specialising in Investment Management. Mr Nwodo is a chartered stockbroker and chartered banker with professional memberships of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Chartered Institute of bankers respectively.

Mr. Nwodo Jnr, the pioneer Chief Investment Officer of Standard Trust Bank (now UBA Plc) left the bank voluntarily as the Executive Director, Corporate Services to start the XL Africa Group in 2004.

At STB/UBA, he was responsible for setting up and managing the Bank's treasury function, and developing and co-coordinating the Bank's hugely successful public sector banking initiative. Some of his last assignments in STB (now UBA Plc) include the aggressive and industry changing branch expansion programme, the direct supervision of the Bank's rebranding and corporate transformation project and co- ordination of the Bank's Initial Public Offer in 2004. Prior to his tenure at STB/UBA Mr Nwodo had practiced as an authorised dealing clerk and stockbroker at the Nigeria Stock Exchange Lagos with supervisory responsibility for daily market trading, portfolio management and investment advisory . Mr. Nwodo Jnr is widely travelled and enjoys reading, and watching football and extreme sports.

He is a Christian and associated with several religious bodies and philanthropic organizations. He is married with two children.

Ezinne is the Company Secretary and General Counsel of XL Africa Group and, and its Nigeria and foreign subsidiary Companies. She received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Imo State University Okigwe (now known as Abia State University Uturu), and was called to the Nigerian Bar more than a decade ago. She holds a Masters degree in Law (LLM) from the University of Lagos and is an alumnus of the prestigious International Human Rights Training Program of CHRF at John Abbot College, Quebec - Canada.

Prior to joining XL Africa Group, she was the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Anatrade Limited after having served as Legal Adviser/Program Officer and Counsel at BAOBAB for Women's Human Rights, a non governmental organization and Obioha Jude Idigbe & Co respectively. Over the years, Ezinne has gained corporate experience through sustained professional practice spanning the non-governmental (NGO) sectors and commercial law practice and at various times , served as legal adviser and Head Solicitor, working on corporate litigation, corporate counseling and internal investigation with a focus on compliance and corporate governance.

Ezinne sits on the board of Legal Resources and Gender Development Centre; (a non-governmental organization), and serves on numerous committees of civic and civil organizations, in addition to her work at XL Africa Group. And holds memberships of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the International Association of Criminal Justice Practitioners, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Nigerian Chapter.

Ezinne is widely travelled and has written several unpublished articles on women’s rights and gender equality issues, to which she has a passionate commitment.

Engr. Martin Nyamali holds Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Civil Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University and the University of Benin respectively. He has over 15 years work experience covering diverse areas of Civil Engineering works, Tender Preparation and analysis, Project Management, Facilities Management, Project Evaluation and Monitoring, Cost Estimation and control, as well as, Planning and Execution of complex projects.

He started his career as a Senior Engineer with Nigerian Dynamic Limited, Benin City where he worked for five years. After a four years experience with Summit International Consultants Limited, he resumed at Continental Trust Bank Limited as Head, Premises Unit in July 2001, from where he joined XL Africa Group.

Prior to being appointed Managing Director, he was General Manager, FMX Integrated Services Ltd., Martin developed and supervised the implementation of the New Business Office Roll out Programme for Standard Trust Bank, Ghana, among several other projects of reference. Martin is highly IT literate and proficient in several software and hardware applications. He is a member of the International Facilities Management Association, the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the Council for Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN) and the American Society of Civil Engineers. A devout catholic and IT enthusiast, Martin is happily married with Children.

Tunji attended the Federal Polythechnic, Ilaro ,Ogun state where he obtained Higher Diploma certificate in 1995. He also attended University of Ado Ekiti for his post Graduate Diploma Management in 2001 In Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos state for his Masters Degree studies (MBA) in personnel Administration and Human resources Management in 2005 and M.Sc in Strategic Management.

His working career commenced at World Wide Petroleum resources company, Port Harcourt during the 1995/96 National Youth Service. He worked briefly with Afribank Nigeria Plc, GTBank Plc, Standard Trust Bank/UBA Plc in March 2000 and was later seconded to XL Africa Group limited in 2003 till date.

At XL Africa Group, he has held several positions which include Zonal Co-ordinator, Lagos South; Regional Manager, FCT/North Central, Head Business Development and Marketing Support, General Manager, Operations and Customer Support before being promoted to his current position.

He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Management and Nigerian Institute of Management respectively. He is also an Executive Member of Human Capital Providers’ Association of Nigeria.

Blessing Ukasoanya is a graduate of Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Oko, with OND in Computer Science from Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu. An Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). She has over 20 years of active professional practice experience spanning various sectors of the economy.

She started her career with Life Breweries Onitsha as Senior Computer Supervisor, and then moved on to DE-United Food Ind. Ltd Ota, makers of Indomie to become the IT Officer, Financial Accountant and finally Management accountant.

At XL Africa Group, she has held Several Positions which include Head Payroll Administration, Head Account, Admin and Payroll Services (XL Outsourcing Limited), Manager Group Payroll and Tax Services before being promoted to her current position.

She has attended various professional trainings and seminars at various times including ISO certified trainings. She is happily married with Children.

Henry Senyo Atiase is an alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Kumasi, Ghana with a BSc. and a post graduate diploma in Architecture.

Prior to joining XL Ghana, Henry had an extensive career in the Ghana public and private sectors as a seasoned architect. His experience cuts across all key areas of Architectural practice, including Designs, Construction Management, Contract Administration, Facilities Management, Administration and Management with a very strong focus on Consultancy Services.

Upon joining XL, he started as the divisional head, Projects and Facility Management where he handled over twenty-five projects, until his appointment as the Managing Director, XL Management Services (Ghana) Ltd.

Henry is an associate member of the Ghana Institute of Architects-[AGIA]. He is happily married with two children.

Ayuba Dantala holds an M.Sc , and HND in Public Policy & Administration and Business Administration from Bayero University Kano and Kwara Polytechnic Ilorin, respectively.

He worked in the Nigerian banking sector for 8 yeas and also, a Logistics & Programmes Execution environment for 2 years before joining XL Africa Group . He has extensive experience in diverse aspects of Human Resource Management. A skill set he brought to bear in XL Management Services (Liberia)Ltd since his appointment as Managing Director.

He commenced his career in XL Africa Group as the Zonal Coordinator North, before being promoted to Regional Coordinator North. He later became the Head Business Development & Marketing Support; Head of Operations and Ag GM, XL HR Outsourcing Ltd, before his deployment to XL Management Services (Liberia) Limited as the pioneer Managing Director.

An Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), he is currently pursuing a Post Graduate course in International Relations at the University of Liberia. He is married with two children.

Dr. Olabisi Cornelia Adesanya (Mrs) holds a PhD in Accounting & Finance, M.Sc. Accounting & Finance and Bachelor of Social Sciences General (Accounting Option) from the prestigious Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. She is a registered student of ACCA. Prior to joining XL, she has worked in various capacities in Accounting, Finance, Business Services, Finance and Operations capacities with Sierra Leone Red Cross Society, Lawyer’s Centre for Legal Assistance and Fourah Bay College (University of Sierra Leone).

Prior to joining XL Africa Group, she has worked in various capacities in Accounting, Finance, Business Services, Finance and Operations in various capacities at Sierra Leone Red Cross Society, Lawyer’s Centre for Legal Assistance and Fourah Bay College (University of Sierra Leone).

She currently manages the XL Africa Group subsidiary company in Sierra Leone where she provides general oversight for the implementation of the vision of the company and offers leadership to both clients and employees to ensure they derive value and superlative customer experience in their patronage of the services of XL Management Services Limited.

Henry Okore is an Engineering Graduate from the Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi with over seven years active experience as an ITC Professional. He is a Brain Bench certified professional in Internet Security and Network Technologies. His expertise spans Network and System Administration.

Prior to joining XL Africa Group, Henry worked as the Chief Technical Support Engineer - System Engineering with Neptune Software Plc. and in this firm, he led and supervised several IT Infrastructure Integration Projects including large, medium and small scale deployments in both the financial services and construction sectors.

Henry has to his credit, several ITC trainings, conferences and workshops including Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Prince II, ITIL, Microsoft Business Intelligence Road show among others.

Okoro Silas Ogechukwu is a Corporate Services and Operations professional with expertise in administration, workforce coordination, governance support, stakeholder management, and business process improvement. He combines strong operational leadership capabilities with growing technical expertise in data analytics, data engineering, machine learning, financial modelling, and AI-driven business solutions.

With experience supporting corporate operations, facility administration, workforce coordination, and organizational processes, Silas has developed a reputation for structure, reliability, and execution discipline. His professional approach focuses on improving operational efficiency, strengthening governance processes, and supporting sustainable business performance.

He holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and an MBA, alongside professional certifications including CIPM, NIM, and IPMA. He has also completed advanced training in Analytics and Machine Learning, further strengthening his ability to combine business operations with technology-enabled decision-making.

In addition to his corporate services background, Silas is actively building advanced competencies in data science, data engineering, automation, business intelligence, and AI-powered systems. His technical interests include data collection and transformation, dashboard reporting, predictive analytics, process automation, and deployment of scalable business solutions. He is passionate about leveraging data, innovation, and strategic execution to optimize workflows, support decision-making, and create measurable organizational value.

Mr Isiah Akpan is a graduate of University of Nigeria, Nsukka Enugu Campus where obtained his BSc and MBA Degrees in Banking &finance and marketing respectively. As a Police Officer and he has worked in the defunct Diamond Bank as well as a regional security coordinator and Head of Security at Access bank.

Mr Isiah Akpan has attended several security certificates courses and seminars on security and protection as well as leadership courses.

Mr Isiah Akpan is a member of ASIS (AMERICAN SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL SECURITY). A Member of CHIEF SECURITY AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA.

He currently serves as the MD XL security and protection services limited a subsidiary of the XL Africa group.

He is a seasoned audit and risk management professional with over twenty-three years of progressive experience spanning public sector institution ns and the private sector. He possesses extensive experience in internal audit, enterprise risk management, internal controls, fraud investigations, compliance advisory, and governance assurance across multi-entity operations. He graduated from Delta State University (Industrial Mathematics) and Imo State University (Accountancy). In further pursuit of academic and professional excellence, he obtained master’s degree in Business Studies and also Social Studies, while currently pursuing an MBA in Finance and Investment and MBA in social entrepreneurship.

He commenced his career at the Federal Ministry of Justice in the Account and Financed department, where he was involved in public financial management. His diligence, analytical capability, and strong control orientation distinguished him in the discharge of his responsibilities. He later joined NAPTIP where he served in various strategic duties eventually becoming Head of Internal Audit-Benin. During his years in NAPTIP, he led several risk-based audit assignments strengthening the internal control systems. His leadership in these functions helped position the zone as the flagship zone. He joined XL Africa Group as Head, Enterprise Risk and Compliance. Where he provides independent assurance to executive leadership on, enterprise risk management, compliance, and internal control effectiveness across the Group. He has successfully led initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and delivered significant cost savings through control-driven reforms. Beyond his core professional responsibilities, he has served as a Board Member and Secretary of the Centre for Electoral Awareness where he contributes to governance oversight, institutional transparency, policy advisory, and strategic decision-making.

He has participated in numerous executive trainings at globally recognized institutions including but not limited to London Business School, University of Cambridge, University of Oxford and New York Institute of Finance in areas covering financial leadership, risk management, business and marketing strategy, project management and regulatory compliance. Ogbitse is a highly analytical and result-oriented professional with a strong passion for governance excellence, accountability, institutional strengthening, and sustainable organizational growth. .
